Experiment with financial support from LingLab

Procedure

Experiments can only be funded by LingLab within the framework of the annual budget available. As there are no application deadlines, it is advisable to apply for financial support as early as possible.

Depending on the quality of the application and the available budget, partial funding (grant) or full funding may be granted.

If an experiment is funded, the exact billing modalities must be agreed with LingLab.

Required documents

To record an experiment without support from LingLab, we need:

  • A short description of the experiment (advertising for participants) in any language (max. 1000 characters)
    Make it clear which languages the participants should speak, how many participants you need, etc.

  • A detailed scientific description of the experiment (in English). This serves as the basis for approval by LingLab. In particular, this description should clarify the methods used and the importance of the experiment.

  • Please note the guidelines for the application!

  • The number of the approval letter from the ethics committee.

    LingLab may request further documents if necessary.
