Laboratories
Empirical research in linguistics can be conducted in different ways. Sometimes field work, for example Interviews with native speakers, can provide the necessary data. Other times, however, one might need a particular kind of infrastructure. Here at Uni Graz we have laboratory resources for linguistic research specifically. In particular, there is a lab with multiple work spaces as well as an eye tracker and sound studios. Another research option is OnExp, a specialized virtual server for web-based experiments.
